In practice, the Persona Bot supports teams in four situations: in innovation workshops (to listen to persona reactions on each new direction, hearing the hesitations, resistances or resonances a message will trigger); in strategic arbitration (to compare several options against each segment and understand why an option lands better with one type of audience than another); in immersive training of marketing and sales teams (through role-play that lets the team genuinely "feel" the target's discourse patterns); and in cross-project accumulation (once built, personas can be reused across every downstream module: insights, concepts, brand platform, activations). This reuse forms a strategic memory that accumulates from one project to the next.

The module operates in three modes: qualitative studies (interview transcripts, focus group PDFs), where the module automatically detects speakers and consolidates their discourse; quantitative segmentations (XLS files with variables and clusters), from which the module identifies discriminating variables and builds the corresponding personas; and Web mode, based on the query you formulate.

The richer the injected data, the more faithfully the responses reproduce consumers' discourse patterns and concerns. This mechanism transforms segmentation into a dynamic tool for strategic and creative exploration.
